SAFE Haven rescues NC's "lab cats"

Arriving in the middle of the night, five tired adult cats, have endured years of abuse at a lab in North Carolina. They are now safe, warm, dry, cared for and loved by the staff and volunteers, here, at SAFE Haven for Cats, the Triangle's oldest no-kill animal shelter.

Executive Director and Founder, Pam Miller, said of the five, "I am astonished at the resilience of these creatures. Even after all they have been through they still want to be petted and loved. And I know each of our 60 weekly volunteers are going to want to do just that!"

If you would like to sponsor one of these wonderful cats please click on the donate now button on our website and give a gift of $5 in their honor. $1 for each of them.
